4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on gx88, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR). You must also create a unique username and a strong password.

All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful and accurate. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and account actions unless you can demonstrate that your Account was accessed without your authorization due to a security breach on gx88's end.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify gx88 customer support immediately via email at [email protected] or live chat. gx88 will investigate suspected breaches but is not liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to protect your login credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

gx88 is required by international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming regulations to verify the identity of all users. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit copies of the following documents:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. gx88 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. gx88 reserves the right to confiscate funds deposited from third-party sources as part of our AML compliance obligations.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).

• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (typically Rp 50.000 for bank transfers, Rp 20.000 for e-wallets).

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

gx88 maintains a strict AML policy in compliance with international financial crime prevention standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This means you cannot deposit funds and immediately withdraw them without placing any bets. Suspicious activity—including but not limited to frequent deposit-withdrawal cycles, large cash transfers with minimal betting activity, or coordinated betting with other accounts—will be flagged for investigation and may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members (Silver and Gold tiers) receive weekly cashback on net losses. Cashback rates are 1.2% for Silver and 2.0% for Gold. Cashback is calculated automatically every Monday at 00:01 WIB based on the previous week's activity and credited to your Account with no wagering requirements. Cashback funds are instantly withdrawable.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on gx88 are governed by the following rules:

• Acceptance of Bets: A bet is only valid when you receive a confirmation message (bet slip confirmation or email). gx88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or system errors.

10. Limitations of Liability

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gx88 is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or the interpretation, breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be resolved as follows:

The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against gx88. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
